The next units to be built are the middle 4-Plex, behind the Community Center. Followed then by the east unit attached to the Community Center (campus diagram)
- All Units are leased using a "life lease". Nothing is sold.
- There is a $1000 options "Incentive Plan" for the 1st 8 units leased
- There is a $1000 options bonus for bringing someone who leases one of the 1st 8 units
- Until the Community Center is complete, the monthly maintenance fee is reduced. Call for details.
- You can reserve a unit to be built or lease units while under construction. Reservations require related Entrance Fee plus 10% of subscriber fee.

Our services are designed to provide all the comforts of home with an active independent lifestyle. One month service fee provides all these:

Covenants and Use Restrictions
- At least one of the residents must be age 60 or older. (A disability may lower the age requirement to 55)
- No vehicles parked on streets overnight.
- No vehicles over 20 ft. parked on driveway except campers and motor homes.
- Campers and motor homes can not be parked on driveway for more than five days.
- Parking in designated parking areas only.
- No clotheslines.
- No gardens except in designated areas.
- No out buildings.
- No exterior building modifications.
- No outside television or radio antenna or dish allowed.
- No fence may be constructed except what is placed by CPCLD.
- No smoking.
- No pets. Now allowed. Call for details!
- No mailboxes other than what is provided by CPCLD.
- No business or any kind shall be conducted without CPCLD board approval.
- No noxious or offensive activity shall be allowed on CPCLD property.
