Standard Service Plan

Our services are designed to provide all the comforts of home with an active independent lifestyle. One month service fee provides all these:

Covenants and Use Restrictions

  1. At least one of the residents must be age 60 or older. (A disability may lower the age requirement to 55)
  2. No vehicles parked on streets overnight.
  3. No vehicles over 20 ft. parked on driveway except campers and motor homes.
  4. Campers and motor homes can not be parked on driveway for more than five days.
  5. Parking in designated parking areas only.
  6. No clotheslines.
  7. No gardens except in designated areas.
  8. No out buildings.
  9. No exterior building modifications.
  10. No outside television or radio antenna or dish allowed.
  11. No fence may be constructed except what is placed by CPCLD.
  12. No smoking.
  13. No pets. Now allowed. Call for details!
  14. No mailboxes other than what is provided by CPCLD.
  15. No business or any kind shall be conducted without CPCLD board approval.
  16. No noxious or offensive activity shall be allowed on CPCLD property.
